Our bread is homemade, as well as our sausages. I know every single bite of food that is going into each and every customers dish. This sounds a bit intimate, and it is. Some call themselves a scratch kitchen. Well then we would color ourselves an extreme scratch kitchen. The best quality food in Naples is our goal.

At this one of a kind mobile bistro , owners and Chefs David and Marcela, create a fresh new menu every day for you. Using the finest Florida ingredients, with love and passion, they create a dining expereince that you will taste in every bite. From farm to truck and to your tongue, you will expereince a creative twist on cooking. using a variet of techniques, including pressure cooking and sous vide, your two chefs will leave you wanting more.
From stepping from the pavement towards the truck there is the feeling of belonging right where you are. An intuitive feeling of knowing “this is where you’re supposed to be“. From the food, to the music, to the seating everything comes together like it was truly meant to be. The essence of what a bistro should be truly comes alive.
